Youth Fitness

We are well aware of the mental health challenges and youth suicide rate in the Sapphire coast and we are passionate about playing our part in the fight against youth suicide. We want to help young people in the Bega Valley region.

We offer youth personal training and group fitness. This service is good for young people who want to build their self-esteem while participating in a structured exercise routine. It is also great for young people to increase their exercise knowledge by receiving advice from a professional personal trainer.
