The Myzone exercise monitoring system accurately measures your:

  • Exercise Intensity

via the MZ-3 belt.

This information is streamed live to the My Way studio terminal so you can determine your exercise effort while in the studio. Simultaneously this information is down loaded to the Myzone app on your phone keeping detailed information of each training session. Myzone is so versatile that it can monitor your efforts even when exercising away from the studio.

Myzone will calculate your maximum heart rate taking into consideration things such as:

  • Age
  • Weight
  • Height

Myzone continually monitors your efforts allowing you to keep track of your progress.

For those that are competitive there is a fun game where you are rewarded with Myzone effort points (MEPS) – challenge friends to see who gets the most points, — share your results on social media.
